English Muffin Pizzas

Damien had a blast making these!

These little pizzas are super simple to make.

What you will need:

Plain English Muffins [Kroger Brand 6ct.]

Pizza Sauce [I used Simple Truth Organic Pizza Sauce]

Shredded Mozzarella Cheese [Kroger Brand was on Sale]

◇Split the English muffins [as shown above] and spread desired amount of pizza sauce on each muffin.

◇ Next is toppings! We only added cheese, but you could add whatever you like.

◇ Once the pizzas are made, place in the oven. I baked mine for about 8 minutes on 375° . If you want a crunchy crust I would leave in a bit longer.

Finished Product!

My 3.5 year old loved making these. They actually tasted pretty good. I felt better about him eating these compared to ordering pizza.

If you make them, I hope you and your littles enjoy them!
