How do you check in with yourself?
Do you? If not, why not? Or maybe you do without realizing you are…
As this year moves long, I’ve decided to focus on being a better person, mother and wife. But above all, a better me.
So each morning, or night💜 cause ya know #momlife, I will check in with myself. Write goals, self appreciation, reflect on the moment. I challenge you to do the same.
Maybe not write it down, maybe while in the shower or while laying in bed, just check in.
Here’s my quick list of a check in:
1. Mental Health
2. Appetite/ binge eating or not eating
3. My mood overall
4. Write down any thing bothering me, anything i want or need to focus on.
5. Today’s goals and did i meet yesterdays?
I hope this helps you as much as this has helped me. Some times we just need to be reminded that its okay to make time for you. Time to reflect, and relax.
