Motherhood & Postpartum #1

Post partum Depression.

Post partum Anxiety.

They are real, very very real.

As society has changed and advanced why is mental health, post partum depression and anxiety and miscarriages still a shy subject?

Why do we continue to have to face these battles alone?

I get we as women, and as humans- we judge. It’s natural and happens all the time, but why cant we work on supporting each other?! Why tear another women down when society does that day in and day out….?
I strongly believe that the pressure to “snap back” after having a baby feeds into the PPD and PPA.

I will be doing a post soon about my journey with Ppd, and I’ll be adding in resources and information on all aspects of ppd and ppa.
